this project was born out of my fascination with death. My first hypothetical death occurred at wreck beach at UBC a few days after my 30th birthday.

i got hooked to being hypothetically dead, even if only for a few quick moments.

playing dead in photography is not by any means a new form of expression, in fact it dates back almost as far as photography itself.
